To be a Microsoft MVP you need to be active in the community. One way of doing this is speaking at conferences or attending and being active on other events like the MVP Global Summit.

As part of the organization team I help organizing the three day Workplace Ninja Summit. This year we will be in Baden Switzerland.
Our goal is to bring the crowd of workplace management and security ninjas together to share their knowledge, learn together. This covers topics around management of endpoints with configuration manager and Intune, as well virtual desktops and the complete security stack of Microsoft.
